Perfect location at South end Manhatten with a splendid view on Hudson River. Host is top, caring and sociable, takes his time to give advice about exploring NYC, managed even to meet me at the airport and taking care of my luggage. We had a good time talking about various topics and I will be glad to return when travelling to NYC next time.

Great apartment as you can see from the photos, a nice room with private bathroom, all comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Randy is a very special host: friendly, funny, kind and helpfull.
I highly recommend this room, it add a plus to your stay in NY. We want to be there again! Thanks Randy

Expérience incroyable chez Randy. La chambre est très confortable et propre, la salle de bain bien équipée. Les espaces communs sont très fonctionnels. La vue du salon est époustouflante: les buildings d’un côté, la statue de la liberté de l’autre avec les bateaux qui sillonnent l’Hudson tout au long de la journée. Le quartier est très pratique, résidentiel et très calme. Enfin, Randy a été un hôte remarquable: entre sa discrétion ,sa gentillesse, son humour et ses bons conseils... vous ne pouvez que sublimer votre visite de NYC en séjournant chez lui ! Foncez !!!

Randy ist ein toller Mensch und Gastgeber der einem tolle Tipps für einen gelungenen New York Tripp und er kümmert sich super um seine Gäste! Und das tolle Appartement entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und der Ausblick ist echt PHANTASTISCH!!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und alles mit der Metro gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer ist unvergesslich. Randy ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der gerne Tipps gibt und auch sich mühe gibt wenn es beim Gast mal mit dem Englisch hapert. :-)
